I have been using this site since it became obvious that I was not going to have another shot at a nuclear family in the US (50 y.o.). Not good. Although I speak Russian, out of four women that I tried to speak with off the site (allowed once you make a phone call at $35 for 10 min), two emails didn't work, one died after a few letters, and one was staffed by someone who refused to write in Russian at all, preferring illiterate, two- or three-word sentences. In live chat, I caught one woman in a baldfaced lie. I don't think that every woman is an agency employee, but clearly at least one is. I am VERY skeptical, and am waiting anxiously for an answer from customer service.
