You have a Very Large Problem with your Cliffs Resort!We spent our Honeymoon there Room was in very poor condition.Food from room service was Great!Absolutely no acknowledgement what so ever over the fact it was A Special Stay for Us. Young lady running the desk was extremely RUDE! Bellhop was a Joke after carrying all of Our Luggage out to the Car Myself as Fast as I could took Me several trips. Never an offer of Help of at all. The young Lady at the desk Yelled at me and wanted to know if that was my car in front? I told her it was she informed me that I needed to move Even though it was early and nobody else was checking out or trying to use the space and there was still plenty of room for other guests to come and go. The bellhop on the first trip out got up in My Face and Screamed at Me asking "if I had the luggage cart in My Room all night?"All night I informed him that I had not had the cart all Night I had gotten the cart before he even came in to work and I had been loading myself---He continued to come after to me at that point I had to tell him to get away from me and to leave me alone. The room had sliding glass doors that took a Boxers Stance to Open.The room smelled like they had picked the area rug up off the beach and just dropped it in the room all wet--Great Smell For one of your very best rooms at this resort.I informed the Cerk as I checked in that the room Smelled very Bad he just looked at me with a blank look!It made our clothes smell bad and our belongings---Great star to our Honeymoon!!!We wanted to check out and leave early but we informed that we would still be charged for the room. I do not mind paying for something BUT I want what I pay for not ROBBED!!! Staff did not give a darn Because they had a Wedding and Reception to tend to and people were being tuned away from staying there!The Very Worst Hotel Stay in My Life!WE want to hear from someone in the corporate office not one of the children at the Cliffs Resort that You have Trusted to take care of Your Investment in Shell Beach,California. We went on to San Francisco,California to the Sheraton where the bellhop was first CLASS both coming and going not some snotty kid with no customer service skills, Shortly after arriving at the Sheraton the whole knew us on sight and by name even My Brides service dogs name as she is Handicapped and on oxygen 24/7.Please contact us so we may talk about this matter in more detail.
