Cobrain app was available. Then it wasn't. Then they were in 'beta' mode. Then it was released (again) and now it's back in beta mode. Not sure what's going on so did a web search and found out that the owner, Rob McGovern, was sued and lost a lawsuit for non payment to a vendor, Then they didn't pay the money for the lawsuit until their bank accounts were garnished. Decided to email and call and got no responses so I don't think this site is still operating.
