Recently my HP Pavillion's screen went out - this computer has been a lemon from the get go. I stopped at Discount Electronics to see if I could find a laptop to replace the HP. I was so thrilled to meet Shelby Caroll(sp)/Manchaca location. Shelby was so patient, knowledgeable and accomodating. He explained in detail areas that concerned me. I hope I have no problems with the Dell Laptop that I purchased because I will be on this site again. I am a big believer in the review process and instead of writing negative reviews like most, I like to commend those that deserve it. Thank you Shelby for your great interpersonal skills and guiding me in the right direction. You soar with the eagles.
