I finally found a product that will curl my straight hair. Instructions should indicate that you need to use high setting and hold hair in place until multiple beeps are sounded. Not allowing the hair to stay through the multiple beeps will result in poor performance for very straight hair. Manufacturer should provide long hair clips to assist user in separating hair sections for curling and keep other sections away from the hair being curled. Also, the total weight of the machine should be reduced to half as it is very tiring to do a full head of hair because the machine gets heavy especially when curling with your less favored hand (I am right handed and had difficulty with the back and right side of my head). Overall this is an great improvement over what is currently available in curling irons and blow dryer processes. Thank you.
