DO NOT go to YOUFIT health centers (my membership was in Tolleson, AZ ..... They do NOT know what customer service is all about... they DID NOT even respond to an email regarding outright RUDE customer service at the actual club... I went in to make a payment BEFORE the due day of an automatic withdrawal (I had lost my debit card so the account # they had would not have been valid & rejected) Wanting to avoid any late charges... that's why I went to the club & offered to pay... THEY WOULD NOT ACCEPT A cash PAYMENT & INSISTED I would be charged an additional $10 late fee since the payment was in process.................So I asked for the manager & she said she WAS the manager & would not do anything about it.. The payment did NOT go thru that month and instead of a $10 monthly fee the next month they debited my account $79. 99 No statement, no call, no emails.. SHIT SERVICE & they will bill you what they want....... They do not know what customer service is & don't respect the people who pay their salaries.... DON'T waste your time... they are NOT worth it.. Would have given them 1/2 star if it was available....SURE they'll treat you great to get you to sign up ...and if you ever need any kind of customer service... you won't get it ... they should send all their employees to etiquette & customer service classes to learn how to treat customers
