There is potential for this concept; however, there are problems. The site is not secure. Anyone who knows your email address can set up an account IN YOUR NAME, and send stuff in your name, to whomever. If they don't know your password, all they have to do is ask for it, and it will be emailed to the address they used to set up the account. This is too loose for something that is supposed to be private.
