I purchase ZURICH SHIELD for my car and called in to have some stains removed and the representive said that the warranty was void because I did know what the stains were and they were over 30 days old. I read the warranty provided by the dealership and it did not state this. Never will I purchase this again.

I have purchased the zurich shield for 2 different vehicles. When we reported to them today a difference in coloring on our car she asked when we noticed. We told them within the last few months and our response is sorry you need to report within 30 days. Customer service stinks as far as I am concerned and it shouldn't have to be reported that quickly when you pay the money you do. Will never purchase again!
